Recipe #1 - Grilled PBnJ

This is peanut butter and jelly with a twist. The kids will thank you for them

Time: 15 min

Serves: 6

Ingredients Quantity
bread 12 slices
peanut butter 2 tbs
jelly(any flavor) 1/4 cup

Step 1: Heat griddle or skillet to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). .

Step 2: Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Spread peanut butter on unbuttered side of one slice of bread, and jelly on the other. Place one slice, buttered side down on the griddle. Top with other slice, so that peanut butter and jelly are in the middle. Cook for 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown, and heated through. .

Recipe #2 - Crecent Dogs

Crescent Dogs

Crescent rolls update the popular 'pig-in-blanket' concept, along with a yummy surprise: melted cheese in each frank.

Time: 25 min

Serves: 8

Ingredients Quantity
hot dogs 8
American cheese 4 slices, each cut into 6 strips
Pillsbury crecent rools 1 8 ounce can

Step 1: Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Slit hot dogs to within 1/2 inch of ends; insert 3 strips of cheese into each slit. .

Step 2:Separate dough into triangles. Wrap dough triangle around each hot dog. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, cheese side up. Bake 12-15 min or until golden brown.

Recipe #3 - Sloppy Joe

Sloppy Joe

I'm just beginning to cook so my recipes are pretty quick and simple. This recipe is a really simple, quick, and tasty 'Sloppy Joe.'

Time: 40 min

Serves: 8

Ingredients Quantity
ground beef 2 lbs
chopped onions 1/2 cup
chopped celery 1/4 cup
ketchup 7 ounces
brown sugar 1 tbs
worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tsp
vinegar 1 tsp
dry mustard 1/4 tsp
lemon juice 1/8 tsp
humburger buns 8

Step 1: Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble ground beef into skillet; add onion and celery. Cook and stir beef mixture until beef is completely browned, 7 to 10 minutes.

Step 2: Stir ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard, and lemon juice through the beef mixture. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook mixture at a simmer until mixture is hot and sauce has thickened, about 20 minutes.
